The application is now live on Runnymede's planning portal here as RU.22/0454
On first inspection little has changed in response to the public consultation which is an exercise the developer must carry out as part of the planning process. Vistry are relying mostly on the changes made in response to feedback from the Richborough masterplan which was of such a high density and poor design that it looks like they have "listened" when in fact that plan would never have been allowed.
Comments are open till the 3rd of June so please start making your objections known to planning@runnymede.gov.uk and quote RU.22/0454. BRAG will as before start compiling a list of objections but please send in as many emails from as many family members as possible. The number of objections really does make a difference.
